Import duties for shipments to customers located outside the United States are the reponsibility of the customer.
Video cassettes listed in this catalog are NTSC VHS, and are compatible with all VHS VCRs sold in the US and Canada. DVDs are ZONE 1 NTSC. They WILL NOT play in Europe!
No merchandise will be shipped on approval or C.O.D.
All sales are final, however we will make an exchange or issue a refund for defective merchandise or items damaged in the mail (with the exception of international orders).
